WHAT IS BATTLE OF THE BEGINNERS?
This Sunday 28th May 2023 Pickleball FUN Community will be hosting our very first in-house doubles beginner co-ed round-robin event at Ashburton Pool and Recreation Centre. The event is for all beginners and the aim of this event is to continue growing the level of pickleball players within our Ashburton community.
Due to the numerous request already from our current players at Ashburton for more competitive play, we are staging our first "Battle of the Beginners Round Robin." Only 16 spots are available so secure your spot now. First come first serve...
The event will be strictly:
* For Beginner 2.5 and under skill level.
* Maximum 16 players in the draw.
* All matches are doubles play.
* All matches first to 11 or two ahead, self scoring.
* Co-ed (male and or female combined).
* Competition rules will be provided after registration.
