WHAT IS CARDIO PICKLEBALL FUN?
Run by our Pickleball Global Certified coach, your workout will bring together a variety of cardio workouts with pickleball drills, all to dynamic soundtracks (120 to 150 bpm).

Aside from raising a sweat, this program will improve your coordination, speed, strength, and agility. It is a fun and social way to burn calories and increase you fitness level. In a 60-minute cardio pickleball workout, women can burn up to 500 calories and men up to 800.

It is also a great way to widen your social circle by meeting like-minded people looking for a fun workout while improving your fitness.

It doesn’t matter if you haven’t even played pickleball before, your coach is trained to mix up the drills to cater for all skill and fitness levels. So, while it’s awesome for beginners, more experienced picklebal players will also have a FUN time and be challenged.

Here’s what a workout will look like:
* 5-minute warm-up
* 50-minute cardio pickleball segment
-> (with drill-based and play-based activities)
* 5-minute cool down
